Buttenberg service is reliable. Both Richard and Andrew are very responsive and our queries are delt with efficiently and quickly. It is rare to find a partner who combines such speed with technical accuracy.

We rarely have issues with materials from Buttenberg, and when we do, they are resolved in a timely manner. The team usually performs very well and consistently goes above and beyond to provide the requested items. Having a local agent like Andrew also helps greatly in this process. Working with them is easy and efficient.

As we reflect on the year, we deeply value the partnership and collaboration shared with Buttenberg & MP. Your continued trust and support have been instrumental to our progress, and we truly appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness you extend to us. We also wish to acknowledge and apologise for any occasional delays in our responses or the processing of certain transactions. Please know that your patience, understanding, and supportive efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thank you once again for your partnership.

You have been great so far. I know when an enquiry is sent and if it requires extra attention, you make sure it is given and looked into. Your response time is fast and accurate. There was never an instance where I was let down or disappointed with your services.
